East West Lodge is located in the heart of the Peruvian jungle on the banks of the Amazon River.
We are about one to two hours (depending on horsepower) by speedboat downstream from the city of Iquitos, Peru. Since we are right on the Amazon River, there is no need for a strenuous hike to get to your final destination, (although you might want to go for a jungle hike after you arrive!).
We are tucked away in 50 acres of pristine jungle, with huge lumbering trees, some over 100 years old. We also have dozens of fruit trees and plants scattered throughout the property for you to enjoy a fresh organic healthy snack whenever you want.
